That’s why black mold health problems are so common.
The word of the mold inspector is very important if you wish your
home to sell at a good price. It is great that medication for asthma
will affect a cure for the symptoms from mold spores and seeds.
Why people still make use of to read news papers when in this technological globe all is accessible on net?
PLEASE HELP. I have a VERY OLD wooden bowl that has been in my family for generations. It was not stored properly and has black mold all the way through the wood. How do I save this bowl?
Hi Adonia. Sorry to hear about the bowl. If you are willing to scrub the bowl and you are set on keeping it, just follow the directions on the Remove Mold from Wood Page. If you live in an arid environment, this give you a better chance of preserving it. Leaving out in the hot, dry sun after removing what you can will help dry out the wood entirely. If you live in a humid environment, then try to put the bowl in a small room with a dehumidifier for several days, after you have tried to remove the mold. If the mold is deeply embedded into the wood, it will be very difficult to completely remove it. You might, however, be able to get it to a point where you can preserve it. My final thought is if the bowl is delicate. If so, it might be worth your while to seek out a mold removal professional in your area, and get a consultation.
I have a passive aggressive upstairs neighbor who keeps flooding my bathroom when he showers. We have replaced the faucet, replaced tile, and ultimately replaced the entire shower wall- new drywall, tile, grout, and re packet the on/off faucet pull.
Since the water problem does not happen every time someone uses the shower i think it is a issue with the adult male.
I have black mold on the walls and the ceiling has holes in it where the water drips out occasionally.
Should i just evict these folks or what?
I am currently in the process of cleaning the mold off of my walls and i plan to remove the ceiling in the morning. It is a DIY job since my dad is 81 years old and get pneumonia every other year or so.
Last week 2 of my cats were very sick and i had been giving them anti-biotics but that wont do any good if it is the mold.
I am also experiencing health issues.
Can i take the tenants to court or should we evict them?
Seems like a shame since it is tyhe adult male who cannot shower properly..?
thanks
Can i take legal action?
I have been told that we have white mold in the crawl space of a house built in the 50’s. How much should I expect to pay for this removal and what warranty should I expect?

Hi, we accidentally touched some black and green fuzzy mold last night while discarding a shelf. Is soap and water enough to wash this away safely? Should we be concerned about touching other things in our home, like sheets and pillows? Thanks!
Hi
We have a major issue with mold. Our roof has literally holes, huge holes, that have opened up on ceilings. This is in our bedroom and bathroom. This has been like this for several years due to our lack of money to get it fixed. When people come to our house they can smell the mold. It has spread throughout our home. I have COPD and it hasn’t helped my condition. We are selling our home as is. Moving soon. I say junk all of the furniture but my husband feels we can salvage some. Although you cannot visibly see mold on most of the furniture, I am terrified taking any with us. The mold is in our clothes, shoes, practically everything. I really need to know if it’s safe to keep anything. Some say the spores can get into the wood. Would greatly appreciate your help.
